It’s quite another to enter the short sale arena with one’s eyes open, knowing from experience the fight ahead. With Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc. that is exactly what Scott has done.
The need on the part of real estate agents for experienced and professional assistance with short sale transactions has been created by an extended run-up in home prices fueled by an over use of risky loan products followed by the price correction that was inevitable.
Recognizing that many real estate agents are looking for help and guidance in getting short sale transactions approved, Scott started the predecessor of Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc. to make that kind of help available.
During the 1990’s Scott worked on hundreds of short sale transactions as co-owner of Thompson+Brown Real Estate. In his twenty years as a broker he has helped his agents and his clients get through difficult transactions with hard work, experience and ingenuity. Starting the predecessor of Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc. was an extension of that commitment to help, and Scott is now the Vice President of Sales for Mortgage Resolution Services, Inc.
